Legal Notice

At The Art Lab Galleries, every piece—whether a print or an original—is created, photographed, and prepared with the utmost care.

Print-on-Demand Works

Our prints are produced individually for each order. Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference or changes in taste.

All images displayed on our website are professionally photographed to represent the artwork as accurately as possible in terms of color, tone, and detail. Please keep in mind that slight variations may occur due to individual screen settings and lighting conditions.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will happily arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Original Artworks

Original pieces require specialized packaging, insurance, and dedicated logistics, which makes traditional returns difficult to accommodate.

For this reason, original artworks are not eligible for return unless the piece arrives damaged or does not correspond to the description or documentation provided.

If, in exceptional circumstances, a return of an original piece is approved for reasons unrelated to damage or error, please note that the refund may be adjusted to cover associated costs such as:

  • Custom packaging and crating

  • Insurance

  • Freight and logistics fees

  • Handling services

These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your original artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and the piece, so we can promptly assist and resolve the issue.
